Esri Technical Support Standard Maintenance Desktop Standard Maintenance is offered on an annual basis for desktop software. Volume discounts are offered only for ArcView GIS and most ArcView GIS Extensions. Standard Maintenance is defined as 12 months of technical support for one contact and upgrades for one license. This allows you to easily budget the cost of upgrades and support. Complimentary Maintenance The first 12 months of maintenance comes with ArcGIS.
